Software is provided on an as-is and availability basis.

Users are responsible for lawful use and compatibility with their devices or systems.

Prices and product features may change before purchase.

Refund policy: because access to digital software is supplied after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access or download is delivered. Duplicate or unauthorised charges may be reviewed if reported within 7 days.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product to the extent permitted by law.

Indian law and competent courts in India govern these terms.
